According to the authorities, a 4-year-old Minnesota boy lost his life after his father left him in a hot, closed SUV for hours.
The father’s name is Kristopher Taylor from Apple Valley. The 26-year-old is charged with second-degree murder.
He allegedly described to police that he had no one to watch his son. Thus he took him along while coming to work. Taylor further told he left the window open a crack and gave his son a hand-held video game to pass the time.
Taylor was working in the Grillfest event at CHS Field while he left the child in the vehicle for hours. When Taylor returned to his car at about 5:15 p.m. and found the boy was stiff, he showed signs of decomposition. The boy left the mortal world Saturday in St. Paul.
The temperature achieved 70 degrees Fahrenheit outside, and the kid was under the sunrays.
A meteorologist said despite the fact that it was during the 70s outside, within a vehicle could achieve 130 degrees in direct sunlight. Taylor took him to the hospital but he was pronounced already dead
